End-User Access to Training Content

This step is required to ensure your users can navigate to web-based training interactions (e.g. web pages, images and video), via their web browser.

In organizations where users are permitted unrestricted access to the internet, whitelisting will not be required.

Ensure that your web proxy or other device allows your end users to access resources served on the following domains from their web browser (HTTPS):

client-resources.outthink.io
cdn-media.outthink.io
cdn-media-v2.outthink.io
outthink-api.azure-api.net
dc.services.visualstudio.com

If your organization uses OutThink’s default training domains, please ensure resources at the following addresses are also accessible from within your network:

*.learning.outthink.io
*.securityawareness.outthink.io
aware.outthink.io
learner.outthink.io
