To ensure successful delivery of OutThink phishing simulation emails and prevent them from being blocked by your spam filters, please whitelist the following IP addresses:
147.253.222.115
199.15.227.83
OutThink’s phishing simulation emails will originate from either of these IP Addresses.
If your organization uses gateway security appliances (e.g., endpoint security devices or centralized email filters), these IPs may not be visible due to IP masking or proxying. In such cases, it is recommended to whitelist the simulation sender email addresses instead.
The simulation sender email can be determined as follows:
If using Direct Mail Injection (DMI) configuration, it will be set in the Command Center Settings under Settings > Phishing > General Settings > Email Delivery Options > Sender email address.
