This step is required to ensure your users can navigate to web-based resources (e.g. web pages, images and video), within landing pages via their web browser. Landing Pages are where users will land after clicking on a phishing simulation hyperlink in an email.
In organizations where users are permitted open unrestricted access to the internet, this step is unlikely to be required.
- Sign in the OutThink Command Center as an administrator, and navigate to Settings -> Simulation Domains.
- For each of the domains listed that is flagged as “Use In Simulations”, ensure that users can reach pages on that domain in their web browser.
This may require whitelisting rulles to be added to your web gateway or proxy infrastructure.
